Luxon Rubber Isolated Engine Mounts - Yamaha YZ250 2002-2026, YZ250X 2016-2026
Luxon unique rubber mounted engine hangers allow for a small amount of movement for reduced vibration and significantly more comfort without sacrificing strength or precision handling. Two bushing hardnesses are included for tuning: medium (yellow) and firm (red).
Despite their complex design, our mounts are machined in-house, which allows us to offer the highest preforming parts available at a more reasonable price point than our competition.
This kit includes two precision machined 7075-T6 aluminum brackets, high-strength steel hardware, and two different bushing sets; the engine hangers are rubber isolated. Clear anodized for a "raw" aluminum look.

Bolts are included for the engine hangers. We recommend high quality aftermarket titanium hardware (available from Racetech, Mettec, etc.) if you want to save some weight over the included steel bolts.
Description
This unique design isolates the upper engine mount from the chassis with rubber bushings, which allows the upper frame spar to flex more than it would with a solid engine hanger for increased comfort and reduced vibration. The flex and feel is adjustable by changing the rubber bushing hardness with the two included bushing sets.
Our advanced engineering, combined with on-track testing by top professionals, allows us to develop the most advanced engine mounts available. We CNC machine these mounts in-house, from USA made material, which enables us to offer them at a more affordable price than our competition without sacrificing performance or quality.
